DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRICAL &
COMPUTER ENGINEERING
1.
All students entering the MSEE
program under Provisional Admission status should attain Regular Admission
status prior to registering for their fifteenth semester hour of work toward
their graduate degree program.
This is a Graduate School requirement.
2.
The ECE department follows the
Graduate School rule for change of status from Provisional to Regular. This rule is as follows: Provisional students will be eligible
for Regular admission status after accruing a minimum of nine (9) semester hours
of course work taken at the University of South Alabama for graduate credit
toward degree requirements, provided at least a B average is maintained in all
such work attempted.
3.
Applicants to the MSEE program who
possess an MSEE degree from another institution are allowed REGULAR admission
status regardless of the applicant's undergraduate record.
